With Attaché Alex you can have some documents delivered
by email, some by fax, and continue to print documents to send by
surface mail for others. You can even have the same document delivered
by multiple methods. (For example, you can print an invoice for
a customer ordering at the counter and email them a copy at the
same time.) Attaché Alex is a service you can introduce step
by step, under your complete control.
Attaché Alex has two main components:
- the web-based Attaché Alex service that delivers and
tracks documents.
- the AlexConnect software that sends your documents to the Alex
server on the Internet. More...

When you produce a document in your Attaché accounting
software, AlexConnect captures it and sends it to the Attaché
Alex server. From there the document is delivered to the receiver
in the requested format (email or fax).
Once the receiver opens the email or receives the fax, this information
is passed back to the Alex server. If you wish, and for no additional
cost, the Alex server will then send you confirmation of the document's
successful delivery. Alternatively, you can use the secure Attaché
Alex users' website to track a document's delivery status. Find
