System and user requirements
AlexConnect, the software component of the Attaché Alex service,
has the following minimum system requirements:
- Pentium PC
- 128MB RAM
- 32-bit or 64-bit Windows operating system (Windows XP, or Windows Vista)
- 100MB free hard drive space
- version 7 (or later) Internet browser
- HTML-capable email program
- Internet access
- To create inclusions you need XP or a later Windows operating system. However, you can send inclusions from any computer that runs Attaché.

In addition, to use the Attaché Alex service you need to:
- be a licenced user of Attaché software
- establish an email account with an Internet Service Provider
- test that your email and Internet access are operating correctly
To view the Attache Alex website:
- 800×600 minimum monitor resolution
