Helpful Hints for Receivers of Alex DocumentsAlex uses current industry standard, HTML compliant software to send emails and faxes directly from the sender's computer. We have guaranteed this by installing Alex's own email client along with AlexConnect. So senders can be assured that their documents are correctly formatted to send. While the majority* of Alex recipients will have current industry standard software, a small number will have older versions of email clients and web browsers. These older versions may cause issues with viewing and printing documents in their original format. * A recent survey of our clients indicated that 87% were using Microsoft Internet Explorer, and of these over 90% used IE5.
