This document is in Portable Document Format (PDF). You need Acrobat Reader to view it. If you do not have Reader, download a free copy from Adobe by clicking the link below. (We recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of Acrobat Reader, version 5.00. If you are using Windows 2000 you must upgrade to read the PDF document successfully.)

To download a PDF document

1. Right-click on the PDF icon.

2. In Internet Explorer, choose Save Target As. In Netscape, choose Save Link As.

3. Save the document to your download directory, such as C:\download.

4. When saved, double-click the file in the download directoy to open it.

To view a PDF document online

1. Click the icon next to the document you want to view.

2. The document opens in a new browser window.

3. You can then select to Save and/or Print, if desired.
